Bison Sports PRIVIT and pre-participation information

NEW for the upcoming 2021-22 season, Bison Sports will be implementing PRIVIT, an online platform that allows the safe collection and storage of your personal and medical information.

As a part of your pre-participation requirements, all student-athletes must:

Sign-up and create your profile
Please visit the Bisons PRIVIT site to sign-up and create your profile as soon as possible.
This process will require you to complete a one-time, in-depth questionnaire about your medical history.


Annual Pre-participation requirements
After creating your profile, there will be the annual pre-participation requirements for competing with the Bisons. These requirements will depend on whether you are a first-year, transfer or returning student-athlete.*
Please visit the Bisons PRIVIT site to create your profile today.

*For those student-athletes who have already submitted a signed physician form for the 2021-22 season to their coach or head athletic therapist, we can use that same form and you will not be required to visit your physician for a new form. Please, contact the Bisons athletic therapy team once you create your profile and we will upload your signed physician form.
