Bri-ann Tokariwski, a former Bisons golf athlete, is entering her third season as the University of Manitoba Bisons women’s golf head coach.
Tokariwski brings ample experience to the Bisons program as she has been a competitive golfer for over 12 years with accolades such as being a three time Women’s Provincial Champion, four time Provincial Match Play Champion and a member of Team Manitoba in over ten national and international events over her time as an amateur golfer.
Tokariwski was a Bisons golfer for the last season the women had a team before the teams hiatus in 2011. She was named team MVP as a freshman before receiving a scholarship to play for top 5 NAIA School University of the Cumberlands in Williamsberg Kentucky. Throughout her three years, Tokariwski had two individual victories while helping her team claim numerous victorious. She was named Mid-South Conference Player of the Year in 2015 as well as being an NAIA All American and two-time Academic All American.
Tokariwski is currently the Assistant Golf Professional at Elmhurst Golf and Country Club as well is a coach for Special Olympics and a mentor for Golf Manitoba’s Junior Programs.
Tokariwski’s philosophy centers around proper preparation and the right attitude.

Having the right skill set and being open to expanding that skill set allows an athlete to grow and improve.”
