The Manitoba Bisons football team starts the 2014 Spring Camp with meetings on Thursday, May 1 with the first practice on Friday, May 2 and the camp ends with a full team scrimmage on Sunday, May 4 at the University of Manitoba Turf Fields. There will be approximately 100 players who will receive invites to the annual three day camp with a mix of returning, veteran Bison players and newcomers that will be on display from May 2-4, 2014 at the University of Manitoba campus.
The Bisons are looking to build on the 2013 results of a 5-3 Canada West regular season record and hosting and winning a post-season game for the first time since winning the 2007 Vanier Cup Championship. The team finished as Vanier Cup finalist and look to remain as one of the top teams not only in the Canada West conference but the whole country in 2014.
With every camp, there will be some special guest coaches to assist and they will be named at a later time once confirmed.
