Join the Bison Women's Soccer Team for a fun-filled day of futsal action! You will have the opportunity to meet the current team and coaching staff, all while partaking in a friendly competitive tournament. All proceeds from the tournament will go towards supporting the University of Manitoba Bison Women's Soccer Team. Teams may be between
6 and 10 players and their members must respect the age and gender requirements of the category they register for. All teams will be guaranteed 3 games.

Registration Information
- Online registration is available online by clicking HERE (click on the search button and then select the category of your choice) or by downloading and completing the tournament registration form specific to the category of your choice (Girls and Women or Co-Ed,). Payment must be dropped off at or mailed to the Active Living Centre Customer Service counter (430 University Crescent, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB R3T 2N2). Please note that you do not need to stand in line at the customer service counters to register. All registration forms should be dropped off or mailed in an envelope addressed to BISON FUTSAL TOURNAMENT.

- All registration fees are non-refundable and due in full. Cash, credit cards, and cheques (payable to the University of Manitoba) will be accepted as forms of payment at the Active Living Centre Customer Service counter. Credit card payment will be required through the online registration system.
- Both team and individual ("free agent") registrations are available.
- In the case of a team registration, a designated team captain must hand in the total registration payment for his/her team as well as a completed roster form. Additionally, all team rosters should be emailed to breapaige@gmail.com at the latest 3 days before tournament start.
- Tournament registration ends on Wednesday, January 29th, 2020 for the Girls/Women Category, and Wednesday, February 5th for the Co-Ed Category. There are limited team and free agent spots available. Therefore, we recommend you to register early rather than later.
- The final tournament schedule will be sent to the team captains and free agents by email at the latest by 5 pm the day before of each tournament date.
- All participating players must fill out a waiver form that must be handed in at the tournament check-in table prior to the start of their first match. Participants who fail to turn this waiver form in will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.
- All team captains will be required to attend a pre-tournament meeting on their respective tournament date at 9:00 am.
Tournament Rules
- 4 field players and one goalkeeper
- 2x10 minute halves for round robin with a 2 minute half-time
- 2x15 minute halves for playoff games with a 5 minute half-time
- 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, 0 points for a loss
- Team roster size must be a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 players

Note:Â A canteen will be open for purchasing snacks and sports drinks throughout the duration of the tournament. Bison soccer merchandise will also be available including t-shirts, caps, scarfs, gloves, beanies, and blankets ranging from $20-$35.
