In accordance with current public health orders, Bison Sports will be allowing up to 250 fans to attend Bisons hockey, volleyball and basketball home games beginning on Friday, January 14 and continuing until Sunday, January 30.

This will allow up to 250 spectators at Wayne Fleming Arena for Bisons hockey and up to 250 at Investors Group Athletic Centre for volleyball or basketball.

Only mobile tickets purchased through Showpass will be used for entry into UM facilities. Once venue capacity is reached through ticket sales, no other tickets can be sold. Fans are encouraged to buy tickets ahead of time. Bisons games are also available to watch on Canada West TV presented by Co-op.

Game day protocols also include that fans must complete a COVID-19 self-assessment, wear a three-ply mask at all times unless actively eating or drinking and those 12-and-over must present proof of vaccination upon entry. Children 11 years and younger must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult. Physical distancing of two metres in all Bisons venues will be maintained, this includes seating.

During this period of three weeks, fans will not be allowed to move between venues when Bisons hockey and volleyball or basketball are happening concurrently.

After January 30, this announcement will be reassessed based on direction from the Province of Manitoba.
