CALGARY - A men's basketball game between the University of Manitoba Bisons and the Brandon University Bobcats originally scheduled for Friday has been postponed, Canada West announced Wednesday.
The change comes as a result of the visiting team not having the minimum number of players available to safely compete due to COVID-19 related protocols.
The Bisons were scheduled to travel to Brandon for a game on Friday evening. No reschedule dates have yet been set and will be announced by the affected teams when determined.
The women's match-up will go ahead as planned, with tip-off slated for 6 p.m. at the Healthy Living Centre in Brandon.
