Contest will run from 5:30 pm until the end of halftime.

1. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY
The BMO Bank of Montreal Tuition Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to currently registered University of Manitoba students who are 17 years or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Participants”).

Excluded from eligibility are any employees of the University of Manitoba. However, students who are casual employees of the University of Manitoba are eligible to enter.

2. TO ENTER
Eligible Participants can enter the Contest by completing an entry form which will be located at the BMO kiosk located inside Investors Group Field on the concourse (Section 102, Gate 3) at the University of Manitoba Homecoming Football Game on October 2, 2015.

The Contest runs at the Homecoming Football Game only on October 2, 2015 from 5:30 pm until the end of halftime.

Eligible Participants may enter once per day during the contest period.

3. THE PRIZE
One prize in the amount of $1,000.00 will be awarded.

The Winner will receive a credit of $1,000.00 which will be applied to the Winner’s Aurora account. In the event, the Winner’s tuition has been paid by the draw date other arrangements will be made by the University.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS:
A Winner will be chosen randomly by Alumni Relations (or designate) on October 5, 2015. Student status will be verified by the Registrar’s Office.

The Winner shall be notified by the email address or phone number provided on the entry form. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner. The Winner will have until October 30, 2015 to claim the prize. The prize will be available for pick-up at the University of Manitoba, between 9 am and 4 pm until November 30, 2015.

In the event the Winner does not pick up the prize, then an alternate Winner may be chosen.

The Winner must provide photo ID as proof of identification when claiming their prize, as well as answer (without assistance) a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

The Winner must sign a declaration, waiver and release, affirming he or she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Rules, grants all consents required and as contemplated by these Rules, authorizes the University of Manitoba to broadcast, publish and disseminate his or her name or picture, in connection with any promotion, publicity and/or information purposes, without further consent and without compensation, and releasing the University of Manitoba, from any and all liability of any kind whatsoever arising out of the Winner’s participation in the Contest.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The University of Manitoba, its affiliates, representatives, employees and agents, shall not be in any manner whatsoever be liable or responsible for theft, loss, technical malfunctions, computer and/or telephone network malfunctions, software problems, online traffic congestion, any human or computer generated error, which may in any manner affect the receipt of Contest entries, the notification of winners, the awarding or distribution of any prize under the Contest.

6. PRIVACY
The University of Manitoba will not be collecting any personal information of any kind for the Contest, other than to notify prize winners and showcase winning images. This information will not be kept past the conclusion of the contest.

7. GENERAL
If for any reason this Contest is not capable of being completed as planned including, the University of Manitoba reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest.

The University of Manitoba, its affiliates, representatives, employees and agents assume no liability whatsoever for damage to any person, or to their computer or other property, arising from their actual or attempted participation in the Contest in any manner whatsoever, or in the awarding of any prize.
