Bisons nutrition

Nutrition is a key ingredient to optimizing athletic performance. Optimally fueling and refueling the body is essential to reaching an individual’s full athletic potential.  Sport nutrition has grown tremendously over the past decade and has shown to have a positive effect on athletes’ performance potential.

The Bisons sport dietitian promotes nutrition as an essential component in both performance and overall health. In addition to attending to the athletes’ nutritional needs, the Bisons sport dietitian works in conjunction with the team coaches, athletic therapists, strength and conditioning staff, sport psychologists and administrators in order to ensure all athletes have a comprehensive team of professionals who can assist in maximizing their athletic abilities.
