    Skills Coach - Men's Hockey
Dudar played five seasons with the Bisons while earning a B.A in Psychology. Upon graduation, Riley has served since 2011/12 on the Bison coaching staff including roles as the Strength Coach and Assistant Coach. During his playing time with the Bisons, he was the two time winner of the Jordan Little Leadership Award as well as the Bison Sportsmanship & Ability Award. After finishing with the Bison program, Dudar went on to play senior hockey in Manitoba, and has won 2 senior mens national championships - the Allan Cup.
 
Dudar is passionate about athlete development, and is consistently working on his craft by striving for continuing education opportunities. He has gained certifications as a personal trainer, Mental Game Coach, High Performance 1 hockey coach, Functional Movement specialist, and in the summer of 2016 trained in a very select group with Hockey Canada as a skating, skill and developing defencemen coach.
 
Dudar is the owner of Evolution Hockey, a specialized hockey skating and skill program where he privately trains professional players both in and out of season for both their mental conditioning and individual skill development. His programs also run sessions for many of Manitoba’s up and coming high performance players, and is very excited to be developing Minor Hockey associations and school programs that enrich both players and coaches hockey experience with skill development.
 
Dudar’s main responsibility with the Bisons, is developing general, position specific, and individualized practice sessions for the players to help them thrive within the team structure. He is extremely proud to be a part of the Bison team!
