Eric joins the Bisons for his sixth season as an assistant coach. He will be focusing on skill development with the guards and breaking down offensive & defensive systems. He is also the lead coordinator in media and public relations for the women's basketball program.

Eric has been highly involved in basketball development in Manitoba for the past eight years. Most recently he helped coach the 15U Boys Manitoba Provincial team to a national bronze medal this past summer (2013). Eric has head coaching experience with: Junior Varsity Boys at Maples Collegiate (2013), 2013 Manitoba Summer Games team, 18U Boys Chinese Universal Storm (2011-2013) and JRB Girls Basketball Program (2008-2010). He is also assisting this year with Basketball Manitoba's Centre of Performance and Oak Park High school varsity boys team. Â

Eric graduated from the Steinbach Regional Secondary School and played basketball at Providence University College. He than moved on to graduate from U of M with both a degree in Physical Education and Education. He currently works as a teacher at Archwood School in the Louis Riel School Division.Â
