2018 Women's Soccer Roster
Biography
As her sister Justina has already made some big strides with the Bison’s Women’s Soccer Team, Juliana Jarmoszko will be hoping to do the same with the Brown and Gold. Already, she has drawn influences and encouragement from her sister – a goalkeeper – to be a top student-athlete. Already having cracked the Bisons roster, the younger Jarmoszko is off to a good start.
“In soccer, I draw my influences from my sister Justina. She has encouraged me and made a huge impact on me to push me to be the best I can be and then she pushes me just for the sake of being able to push me around," said Jarmoszko.
Though she is a first-year Bison, the midfielder carries experience that the youth level that will prepare her well for the challenges ahead. She is a graduate of the Manitoba Blizzard women’s soccer program and also played for the WSA North Stars alongside her sister.
“Through my involvement with club soccer, the Manitoba Blizzard program, as well as playing in the women's league, these experiences have prepared me to compete at the university level.”
“And I still hope to continue on to even higher levels of soccer in the future.”
Having now progressed onto an advance level of soccer in Canada, the possession style player is progressing down a journey that could make a lifelong dream a reality.
“I dream of playing professional soccer, that would be a dream come true!”
As a Bison she looks toward to honing her skill set both and off the pitch.
“I would be proud to look back on my time with the Bison's and see how much I've progressed as a player, teammate and individual.”
2018: Recruited via the WSA North Stars, and attended high school at West Kildonan Collegiate.
Personal: Is the sister of current Bison goalkeeper Justina.
