This weekend's games conclude a four-game season series, which UBC currently leads 2-0 after opening-week victories of 6-1 and 6-2 at home. The T-Birds scored four power play goals in the two-game set, and are operating at a rate of 18.6 percent (second in Canada West) entering play.
A balanced attack, 22 different Manitoba players have recorded a goal this season, led by
Kate Gregoire's seven. Twelve different Bisons got on the score sheet against MRU last weekend, once again showcasing the chemistry and versatility amongst the roster.

The T-Birds counter with the conference's leading goal-scorer (13), in rookie Cassidy Rhodes, who had a hat trick in the season opener. Forward Chanreet Bassi and defender Hannah Koroll are also in the top ten in scoring, with 18 and 17 points, respectively.
If the game goes to overtime, Manitoba has been battled-tested. They've won each of the last six times an extra session has been required, dating back to the 2019-20 season.
