This represented over 22% of the whole Bison Sports student-athlete total. Bison athletes visit a school, perform a one-hour presentation that defines bullying and provide some strategies for people who are getting bullied or who witness bullying. “Bisons Against Bullying” received a new infusion of support by receiving $6500 grant from The Winnipeg Foundation and the money will be spread over the next two years and will be instrumental in increasing the profile and presentation of “Bisons Against Bullying” program throughout the community.
